Techstars LA Draws International Companies For 2021 Class

Techstars LA, the startup accelerator headed up by Matt Kozlov, announced its 2021 class this week, drawing an international group of twelve new companies to its startup accelerator in Culver City. The startup accelerator program--which is back in person now after a move online last year due to the pandemic--said the 12 companies include Alva Health (wearables for real time stroke detection), Butterfly Labs (health and wellness services), Cheres (social investing), Communikind (holistic health/clean products), ComplYant (helping entrepreneurs follow tax deadlines and returns), Erdos Ventures (technology for evaluating, acquiring, and operating e-commerce brands), Eunimart (SaaS for omnichannel and globl commerce), Lightbox (digitally connected storefronts for retailers), PeopleClerk (small claims court filings), Renno (home design and renovation platform, SanityDesk (tools for entrepreneurs), and ViralMoment (AI and computer vision to help brands and agencies connect to audiences). Companies this year in the program come from as far as Canada, India, and Ukraine.
