Fullerton Set To Get Citywide Fiber In 2020

The city of Fullerton is getting set to have a new, city-wide fiber optic network, thanks to an effort with bandwidth provider SiFi Networks. According to SiFi Networks, it is funding, building and operating the city wide fiber optic network throughout the City of Fullerton, offering up every resident and business in the city an opportunity to sign up for fiber service. SiFi Networks said it expects customers to start receiving service early in the New Year. SiFi Networks said that it will both offer up residential access as well as high speed, gigabit Internet service. The fiber will be available through two, separate ISPs, Ting, and GigabitNow.
