TigerConnect Names New CTO

Santa Monica-based TigerConnect, which develops communications tools for the healthcare and other industries, said on Wednesday that it has named Tim Goodwin as the company's new Chief Technology Officer. Goodwin was most recently CTO at Vacasa, which provide online vacation rental management. Goodwin also served as CIO and Senior Vice President at Fiserv Digital Channels. According to TigerConnect, Goodwin will report to the company's co-founder and CEO, Brad Brooks, and will lead its product management, product development, and engineering teams. TigerConnect's tools are used for secure collaboration and information exchange between doctors, nurses, patients, and others, and originally was created as a way to offer up text-messaging like features but in a HIPAA compliant way. The company now offers up a wide range of healthcare communications product including voice, video, text, workflow management, virtual care, and other areas.
