Elon Musk Looks To Sell Both LA Homes

Elon Musk, the founder of Hawthorne-based SpaceX, is apparently selling all of his real estate--including two Los Angeles homes, saying that he is selling all his physical possessions. Musk is selling one of his homes in LA for $30M, and the other for $9.5M. It's unclear what that means for Musk's presence in the Los Angeles area, where he spends most of his time, despite his involvement with Tesla Motors.
