Love Goodly Acquired By NOVICA

Los Angeles-based Love Goodly, the women's subscription box company that was founded by Justine Lassoff and Katie Bogue Miller, has been acquired by Santa Monica-based Novica, which operates an e-commerce marketplace focused on handmade decor, art, and jewelry. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Love Goodly was part of the Quake Seed Capital accelerator program, and was backed by Third Wave Digital/Allen DeBevoise. According to Lassoff, Love Goodly's subscription box will continue unchanged, and the company will continue to deliver cruelty free and nontoxic products to help women discover healthier personal care, and with the same team. Lassoff also said NOVICA will integrate the company's curated beauty and skincare products into their websit. Love Goodly was founded in 2015; Lassoff said both she and Bogue Miller will continue on as consultants to NOVICA.
