Iteris Wins $1.8M Contract With South Carolina

Santa Ana-based Iteris, which provides traffic and transportation data and information, says it has been selected by the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT), in a contract worth $1.8M. According to Iteris, the multi-year agreement is renewable for up to five years, and will go towards supporting South Carolina's statewide transportation operations program. Iteris said SCDOT is using its ClearGuide product, to help reduce travel delays, and manage congestion and evacuation traffic during and after severe weather conditions.
