Snap Buys Voisey

Venice, California-based Snap, the parent company of Snapchat has reported acquired Voisey, the developer of an app which lets users overlay their voice on top of existing music tracks. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced, and so far, Snap and Voisey have not made any comments on the acquisition, which were uncovered in business filings by Business Insider. Voisey is based in the United Kingdom.
