ID Analytics Targets Auto Lending Market With New Product

San Diego-based ID Analytics, which provides consumer risk management and analytics products, is expanding its offerings to the automotive lending market, the company said today. According to the company, it has launched a new product, Credit Optics Full Spectrum Auto, a new credit score it says is designed specifically to address the needs of the automotive lending industry. ID Analytics--which is now part of Symantec--says that its credit score pulls from data not typically analyzed in traditional credit scores, including transaction data from wireless, cable and utility accounts; online marketplace, payday and subprime lending; and other credit-relevant alternative data sources. The company said it score helps lenders get better insight into consumers that are not captured in traditional credit scores.
