According to CARD.com, it is offering up prepaid debit cards aimed at providing a mobile alternative to traditional banking. The Series A funding was led by QED Investors, and also included Resolute Ventures, Anthem Ventures, and angels such as Adam Press and Greg Steiner (BeachMint, eHarmony).
