Cornerstone OnDemand Names Chief Diversity Officer

Santa Monica-based Cornerstone OnDemand, which develops software used for managing employee development, says it has hired its first Chief Diversity Officer, Duane La Bom. The company said La Bom is responsible for driving the company's diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. La Bom was most recently Executive Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion for Texas Instruments, and prior to that, he was the Chief Diversity Officer and VP of Talent Management for Andeavor. La Bom also served at Rackspace, Toyota Motors Manufacturing North America, and Willamette Industries.
