Rubicon Project, Telaria Complete Merger

Los Angeles-based online advertising exchange Rubicon Project nd New York-baesd Telaria said this morning that the two companies have completed their previously announced merger. The two said the merged company is now the world's largest independent sell-side advertising platform. The new company will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange as RUBI; the combined company said it will be launching with a new name in the coming months. The merged company is being led by CEO Michael Barrett. The two help match advertisers and online publishers with real time online ads.
