LiveXLive Expands Board

Los Angeles-based LiveXLive, which hosts livestreaming, on-demand audio and video podcasts, and also owns PodcastOne and Slacker Radio, said over the holidays that it has added Maria Garrido to its board of directors. Garrido is Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing at Vivendi Group. She also is currently Chief Insights Officer for Havas Group, in addition to having service at such companies at Colgate-Palmolive and Mondelez. LiveXLive, which had been focusing on streaming live events, recently has refocused its efforts into on-demand audio and video, podcasting, OTT linear channels, pay-per-view, and livestreaming.
