Invoca Names New VPs

Santa Barbara-based Invoca, which provides call tracking and marketing intelligence software, says it has named Paula Schmidlin as Senior Vice President, People & Culture, and promoted Ben Sullivan to Executive Vice President, Sales. Schmidlin previously served in interim roles as Head of People at CircleCI and Thorn, and also previously was VP of Learning & Development at Epicor, in addition to serving at LSI, Cisco and Barclays (London). Invoca said Schmidlin will lead all aspects of Invoca's employee success function including people operations, talent acquisition, and learning and development, in addition to overseeing its culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Sullivan has been at Invoca since 2017, previously serving at ON24, Genesys Conferencing, Winstar Communications and Verizon Business.
