Inseego Gets $25M Injection

San Diego-based Inseego, which develops 5G and Internet-of-Things technology, said this morning that it has received $25M via a private placement, in a Series E Preferrred Stock sale. The funding came from a private fund managed by Mubadala Investment Company's asset management arm, Mubadala Capital. The company said Mubadala Capital joins other major investors, including Tavistock Group and North Sound Partners. Inseego said the injection will help strengthen its balance sheet and give it additional liquidity.
