Crexi Hosts $205M Auction

Los Angeles-based commercial real estate marketplace Crexi says it has hosted its largest ever auction of a property, a $205M property in Las Vegas. According to the company, the auction was for the Beltway Business Park in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company said it sold at 32 percent over reserve, and received 15 total bids. The company says that it now has over 225 employees, and so far has helped to close upwards of $330 billion in transactions.
