Wheels Pauses E-Bike Sharing On Virus Fears

Los Angeles-based e-bike sharing service Wheels said on Thursday that it is pausing its operations until the end of March, in light of the growing COVID-19 coronavirus threat. According to the company, it will "temporarily stop deploying bikes until the end of March". Wheels is not the only company to pause its micro-mobility services as a result of the growing virus outbreak; Lime, a provider of electric scooters, paused its operations on Wednesday citing similar issues.
