Soylent Launches Snack Bar Line, Soylent Squared

Los Angeles-based alternative nutrition maker Soylent is re-entering the energy bar market, saying on Thursday that it has launched a new product called Soylent Squared, new 100-calorie solid bars in three different flavors. Soylent Squared said that the new bars are designed to provide a "mini meal" for people who are "sick of the typical sugar-loaded, chocolate covered protein bar." The new bars are available in three flavors--Chocolate Brownie, Salted Caramel, and Citrus Berry, and include probiotics.
