Cubic Agrees To Buy Two Companies

San Diego-based Cubic Corporation announced this morning that it has agreed to acquire TeraLogics , a provider of ll motion video products for the Department of Defense, and GATR Technologies , a manufacturer of satellite communication terminal. Cubic said it will pay $39M, including $9M in contingent consideration for TeraLogics, and will pay $232.5 million, including $7.5 million of contingent consideration for GATR.
