Beyond Meat Files For IPO

El Segundo-based Beyond Meat, a venture-backed startup which makes vegetarian, plant-based burger patties and other meat alternatives, filed for an IPO last week, saying in a filing that it is looking to raised $100M in an IPO on the Nasdaq Global Market. The company has applied to list as BYND. The company's IPO is being underwritten by Goldman Sachs
