PCM Buys IT Integrator Epoch Universal

El Segundo-based PCM, which is a provider of technology services, plus hardware, software, and other products to businesses, has acquired Epoch Universal, an IT solutions provider in the area of collaboration, networking and security, wireless, data center, cloud, and other areas. Financial terms ofthe buy were not announced. PCM said it has appointed Epoch Universal's President and CEO, Paul Harrold as Vice President of Collaboration, with the rest of Epoch Universal's executive team also joining the company.
