Upfront Ventures Backs Community Event Startup Bevy

Los Angeles-based venture investor Upfront Ventures is the lead investor in a startup, Bevy, which develops an online platform to help companies manage community groups and events. According to Bevy, it raised $6.4M in a funding round led by Upfront Ventures, and which also included author Steve Blank, Ryan Smith and Jared Smith, co-founders of Qualtrics, and Aaron Skonnard, CEO of Pluralsight.
