Faraday Future Names Administrative Chief

Los Angeles-based electric vehicle upstart Faraday Future has named a new Chief Administrative Officer, Global Executive Vice President, and Global General Counsel at the company, Faraday said on Wednesday morning. According to Faraday Future, it has named Henry (Hong) Liu to the position, based at its main campus in Gardena. Liu was previously global equity partner at international law firm Mayer Brown LLP, and also has served at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), and also was Director-General and General Counsel of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), China's national regulator for securities and capital markets aording to the company. Faraday Future said Liu will lead its legal, government affairs, administration, and capital globally.
