Avery Dennison Acquires JDC Solutions

Glendale-based Avery Dennison--best known for its labeling products--said on Monday that it has acquired JDC Solutions, a manufacturer of pressure-sensitive specialty tapes. Avery Dennison said it paid $24M for JDC Solutions, which is based in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. JDC has approximately $30M in annual revenues, and employs 75 at its headq
