SilVR Thread, Lionsgate Roll Out New VR Title

Los Angeles-based virtual reality developer SilVR Thread, and Lionsgate said today that they have rolled out a new, virtual reality title, in tandem with Lionsgate's new suspense thriller NERVE. According to the firms, they have rolled out a new, first person, virtual reality experience which lets users experience several "dares" from the film. The VR experience runs on Samsung Gear VR and Google Cardboard, and is available on the Oculus store, Android Marketplace and Apple iTunes. The companies said the experience was shot with SilVR Thread's VR cameras and platform.
