Elon Musk Restarts Tesla Production, Rebels Against Virus Rules

Elon Musk has restarted production of the Fremont production line for Tesla Motors, saying in a tweet that he is restarting production "against Alameda County rules". Musk--who threatened to pull his businesses out of California yesterday--has been an outspoken critic of public health restrictions that are meant to slow the spread of COVID-19. Musk--challenging public officials--said thtat "if anyone is arrested, I ask that it only be me." Musk threatened to move both Tesla and Hawthorne-based SpaceX to either Texas or Nevada.
