The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking an enthusiastic self-starter Marketing Manager to join the team. The right candidate for this role is creative, innovative and thoughtful. You thrive working with others to drive a project to completion. You are curious about testing and customer behavior strategies,
The Marketing Manager creates, positions and launches innovative marketing campaigns and content that drive awareness and preference for our industry leading products. They work hand in hand with the Brand Experience team to ensure a positive and consistent brand story across every touchpoint. Additionally, they will support a broad range of marketing activities with content development and speaking engagements.
This position reports to the VP of Marketing working as a hybrid colleague within our Westlake Village Office.
Location: Westlake Village, CA
Your Responsibilities:
- Understand competitive landscape and what is being spoken about in the industry
- Thought leadership and content creation including being well versed in SEO strategy, writing press releases, and taking a strategic role in content that differentiates PureSpectrum as a whole and its platforms
- Map lifecycle for each platform and work with brand experience team to create communications that push users to next level of journey, including but not limited to:
- Lapsed clients
- New clients
- First project
- Reward/loyalty programs
- Partner with account management teams to understand how different clients are using our product lines and what is needed to drive adoption and position PureSpectrum as a leader in the MR tech space
- Evaluate all efforts with both quantitative and qualitative results to inform future direction and optimization and pivot as needed
- Set and manage KPIs for success measurement
- Run monthly reporting of set quarterly goals of project lifecycle: project completion and specifically set goals for open and click through rate as well as A/B testing on currently running programs
- Tracking and measurement of different tests logged to keep historical track and gain insight of different audiences
- Partner with the marketing and product organization to develop and implement GTM strategies and integrated marketing programs
- Collaborate with product team on documentation and make it externally consumable
- Together with the product team, educate both internal and external teams about our product features and their benefits
- Manage and own OKRs around success of documentation
- Merge trends and other primary and secondary forms of research with business insights to make decisions and recommendations
- Collaborate with the digital team to ensure that messaging is consistent and value props are appropriate for each targeted audience
- Support the annual marketing planning process to optimize and iterate on that plan throughout the year
- Roll up your sleeves as a full-stack marketer whenever the broader team needs help
Who you are:
- 2 or more years of experience as a Marketing Manager or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience required
- Highly detail-oriented and organized. Diligent about precision and ensuring deliverables are completed on time
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excellent at multitasking
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to include brand positioning and consumer insights into product strategies, a plus
- Excels in project management and communication. Works collaboratively to build relationships and achieve goals with business partners
- Have successfully built systems and processes from the ground up, frequently with limited existing structure.
- Experience planning and managing large-scale, complex projects and coordinating and collaborating with cross functional team members, both internal and external, to deliver quality results within the project deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite is required
- Experience with B2B marketing is a plus
- Experience with a CRM system like Pipedrive and HubSpot is a plus

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $90,000 and $110,000. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, and work location. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as relevant education, work-related experience, and skills. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may be eligible for bonus, benefits and other incentives.
