Xavient Information Systems Acquired By TELUS For $250M

Simi Valley-based Xavient Information Systems, a provider of IT consulting and software services, has been acquired by TELUS International, the two said this morning. The companies said the deal is worth an estimated $250M. Xavient Information Systems has approximately 1,800 employees and has operations in both the United States and in India. According to TELUS International, the acquisition deal will help it expand its global service offerings, and allow it to expand into India. TELUS International provides business process outsourcing and IT services, and has nearly 28,000 employees.
