Envy Medical Acquired By Allergan

Long Beach-based Envy Medical, a developer of medical aesthetics products, has been acquired by pharmaceuticals giant Allergan, the companies said on Tuesday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to Allergan, the deal will help it enhance its medical aesthetics portfolio. Envy
