Loot Crate Tops Deloitte Technology Fast 500

Los Angeles-based Loot Crate has scored first place in the annual Deloitte Technology Fast 500, the annual ranking of the fastest growing technology companies in the United States by accounting firm Deloitte. Loot Crate had a 66,661% five year growth rate, the highest nationwide. Among the many Southern California startups on the list were #4, SearchMarketers.com (based in Irvine), with a 16,547% growth rate; #12, San Diego's Imprimis Pharmaceuticals (9,616%); #25, Dollar Shave Club (4,186%); #33, Render Media (3,238%); #35, Cognitive Medical Systems (2,997%); #39, Tandem Diabetes Care (2,843%); #40, Crowdstrike (2,665%); #51, San Diego's Cireson (2,152%); and #55, The Trade Desk (1,836%). There were a lot more of the region's technology companies farther down the extensive list.
