The Los Angeles technology crowd turned out in full for last week's Twiistup 5 event--a showcase for startups looking for exposure and funding--with over 1,000 attendees at a private aircraft hangar at the Santa Monica airport. Totspot was co-founded by Michael Broukhaim and Adam Katz, both of whom are recent Harvard graduates.

Some attendees came in a bit later on Sunday as they coded and designed throughout the previous night however everyone was “in the Loft” by mid-morning, along with other guests such as Paige Craig and Francisco Dao ( 50 Kings , Twiistup, and Writer at Fast Company).
