LiveXLive Acquires Gramaphone Media

Los Angeles-based livestreaming and podcasting company LiveXLive Media announced this morning that it has acquired Gramaphone Media, an artist and brand development company which was founded and is led by Eshy Gazit. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to LiveXLive, Gramophone Media is an artist and brand development company which comprises boutique agencies specializing in PR, music and technology, A&R, strategic marketing, brand positioning, graphic design, and social media management, including Mavrick Artist Agency. The business will continue to be led by Gazit. LiveXLiev said Gramaphone repressents a roster of over 400 artists, including Korean K-Pop band BTS. LiveXLive is the owner of PodcastOne, Slacker Radio, React Presents and Custom Personalization Solutions, and over the last couple of years as moved its focus from providing streaming of live events into livestreaming and podcasting.
