Yardi Debuts Machine Learning Software

Santa Barbara-based property management software developer Yardi said today that it has launched a new product, which uses machine learning for prescriptive analytics. According to the company, its new Yardi Elevate software is aimed at the multifamily market, and uses marcine learning to help CEOs, COOs, asset managers, and others with marketing, expense and revenue budgeting and forecasting, market valuations, and other recommendations. Pricing on the new tool was not announced.
