Levine Leichtman's Therapeutic Research Center Acquires NetCE

Therapeutic Research Center, which is owned by Los Angeles-based private equity investor Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, says it has acquired NetCE, a Roseville-based provider of continuing education resources for the healthcare industry. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. NetCE (CE Resources Inc.) was founded in 1991. TRC is based in Denver, Colorado.
