Are you a pre-seed entrepreneur/startup founder with a great concept but have no funds to develop your idea or at least get a prototype established?  Have you exhausted asking friends if they know anyone willing to work for equity?  Have you searched the internet looking for a site that will match a developer/designer/attorney/resource willing to work for equity?

A new startup called EquityOwl is now open for you to begin posting your startup needs and matching you with resources.  It is in beta so make sure to check it out and share it with your network. This has been a much needed resource for so many entrepreneurs that have not been able to fulfill their startup dream due to the initial lack of resources to get them to the next step which is in front of investors with a working prototype.
