Zillow Launches Home Buying Service In Inland Empire

Online real estate site Zillow is expanding its home buying service, Zillow Offers, into the Inland Empire this week, saying that it will start providing all-cash offers to people looking to sell their homes, condos, and townhomes in the area, as it expands its service nationwide. The service lets people bypass listing their homes for sale, instead letting homeowners submit their property information to Zillow for a near instant offer on their homes. Zillow then turns around and quickly re-sells those homes. Zillow's new service uses its Zestimate algorithm to qualify homes and make those offers. Zillow's site lets homeowners answer a few questions, send photos of their home, and get a cash offer to sell their homes, allowing those homewners to skip the issues with cleaning, prepping a home, and listing with a real estate agent. The new service is available in Riverside, San Bernardino, and a few other surrounding cities, according to Zillow.
