Workspace Gets Funding From ASG

Newport Beach-based WorkSpace, a developer of software used by commercial real estate teams to manage their operations, has received funding from ASG, a backer of software-as-a-service companies. Size and terms of the investment were not announced. According to Workspace, the additional capital also comes as it has hired a new President, Chief Operating Officer, VP of Sales, and VP of Engineering. WorkSpace was founded by Alan Bedekar. The company said it named Vivek Kartha as President; Erin Roder as Chief Operating Officer; Connor Olsen as Vice President of Sales; and Steve Paterson as VP of Engineering. Kartha was at ASP; Roder was at KAP Group; Olsen was at Convoy; and Paterson was at Carrington Holding Company.
