Happy Returns Expands In Person Returns At Paper Source

Santa Monica-based Happy Returns, which is helping e-commerce retailers provide a better level of customer satisfaction, is expanding its network of locations in an extension of a deal with the Paper Source. According to the two companies, they are expanding a partnership where Paper Source is hosting Return Bars in its stores. The extension means that Happy Returns' in-person return service for online retailers is now available at 125 Paper Source stores, nationwide. Financial details of the deal between the companies was not announced. The two companies had been in a pilot program. The extension will be available in all 125 of Paper Source's stores by the end of September. Happy Returns said the move will extend its locatinos to a total of 260 locations across 50 metro areas. Happy Returns is led by co-founder and CEO David Sobie. The company is venture backed by U.S. Venture Partners, Upfront Ventures, and Trunk Club founder Brian Spaly.
