SpaceX Plans To Spin Off Starlink Via IPO

Hawthorne-based SpaceX is planning to spin off its satellite launch arm, Starlink, via an IPO, according to Bloomberg. SpaceX has been launching a massive fleet of thousands of satellites into space to provide Internet access across the globe. The plans for a potential IPO and spinout of Starlink came from SpaceX's President Gwynne Shotwell, at a JPMorgan Chase & Co. event, according to Bloomberg.
