SpaceX Dragon Returns To Earth, Heads To Long Beach

The SpaceX Dragon spacecraft, which has been docked at the International Space Station (ISS) for the last month, successfully returned to earth on Saturday morning, and headed back to Long Beach for further processing. According to NASA and SpaceX, the Dragon returned with more than 4,000 pounds of cargo and research materials from its stay in space. The mission is the third to and from the ISS with a "flight-proven" spacecraft for SpaceX. NASA said that the Dragon will be unpacked in Long Beach, with its cargo sent to NASA, and the Dragon headed to the SpaceX test site in Texas for further processing.
