SpaceX Gains NASA Fueling Approval

NASA has approved Space Exploration Technologies Corp.’s bid to fuel SpaceX’s Dragon spaceship and Falcon 9 rocket with the crew on board, also known as a “load-and-go” procedure, ArsTechnica reports. However, this approval is provisional, as SpaceX must demonstrate to NASA that it can successfully complete fueling five times.

Netflix Tests New Video Ads

Hollywood-based streaming provider Netflix Inc. is testing a new feature which interrupts viewers’ binge-watching cycles, according to Techcrunch, which says the feature is just a test and “is currently live for a small percentage of Netflix’s global audience.” The promotions are interruptive and readers reported discontent with the temporary rollout.

NTS Moves to Anaheim

Formerly based in Calabasas, Brea and Fullerton, tech certification and inspection provider National Technical Systems Inc. announced today it will move its headquarters to Anaheim. Socaltech reports the new corporate center for NTS will consolidate the three offices and contain the finance, accounting, marketing, human resources and information technology operations sectors of the business, among others. NTS already operates a laboratory in Anaheim.
