Science 37 Links With Pharmaceuticals Firm UCB

Playa Vista-based Science 37, the venture backed startup which is developing technology to allow pharmaceutical companies to conduct clinical trials at patients' homes, has linked with pharmaceuticals firm UBC. According to Science37, it is in a strategic collaboration with UCB to improve the clinical trial experience, with initial studies in the areas of neurology and immunology. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Science37 is venture backed by Glynn Capital Management, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Amgen Ventures, Lux Capital, Redmile Group, dRx Capital (a Qualcomm and Novartis joint investment company), and Sanofi Ventures.
