Pharmapace Acquired By WuXi AppTec

San Diego-based Pharmapace, a provider of clinical research services, focused on biometrics services for the clinical trial process, has been acquired by Shanghai-based WuXi AppTec, the two companies said on Sunday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. WuXi AppTec said that Pharmapace will become a wholly owned subsidiary
