CrowdStrike Expands In Japan

Irvine-based cybersecurity software developer CrowdStrike says it is in a major expansion in Japan, and has appointed a local leadership team in that country. According to CrowdStrike, it has named Tetsuya Kawai as managing director of Japan, in addition to hiring others in sales, engineering, marketing, and channel sales in Japan, as it says it has begun seeing triple digit growth within the region. Kawai previously served at Verizon, Symantec, The Attachmate Group and HP.
