NextGen Healthcare Names Chief Medical Officer

Irvine-based Quality Systems, Inc.--which is now using the name NextGen Healthcare, said this morning that it has named Betty Rabinowitz, MD, FACP as Chief Medical Officer. Rabinowitz was previously co-founder and CEO of EagleDream Health, a developer of cloud-based analytics and population health management software. Quality Systems acquired EagleDream Health, and renamed it as NextGen Population Health, back in August of 2017.
