StartEngine Powers $250M ICO For Overstock.com's tZERO

West Hollywood-based equity crowdfunding site StartEngine says it is powering a $250M, "initial coin offering" (ICO) for Overstock.com and its t0.com, Inc. (tZERO) subsidiary. According to StartEngine, tZERO is raising $250M in its ICO. StartEngine said the ICO is the first regulated ICO on its platform.
