Cincinnati has had the accelerator The Brandery for several years, which caters to the great strengths of design and brand management that are dominant in this city. In LA we have entertainment, finance, textiles, aerospace, transportation, fashion and so forth. None of us are derivatives of Silicon Valley.

The need for creativity extends well beyond product design. Yet most startups seem to constrain creativity to product design. I started to build this into a media & entertainment value chain that broke down the components of the industry into discrete parts. I have a high fear of failure that acts as my safety net.

Spearheaded by Alex Donn , the event was designed for both technical and non-technical attendees to build apps over the course of a weekend at Io/La , an incubator/co-work space in the heart of Hollywood. Kudos to the rockstar developers and designer in my team. We ended up earning 1 st place for using AT&T Cloud Architect.
