According to RealD, the Hollywood theater has upgraded to the firm's XL Cinema System, which increases the brightness of 3D projection and is designed to support bigger movie screens. The El Capitan has been using the firm's 3D technology since 2005, and according to RealD is the highest attended RealD 3D theatre in the world.
