I am currently at the annual VC in the OC program held in Irvine CA by OCTANe , an organization that connects people and ideas to resources and capital in Orange County. Vizio’s vision was to develop high quality, affordable HDTV’s for a mass market. William went on to speak about the 3D television market.

We started with a small, high school, Rancho Santa Margarita Catholic High School, and broadcast their football games, the whole season, in 2006. Because of that, we figured out that we had a market, especially with the movement of ad dollars towards the Internet and Internet video.
