NHN Global Acquires Cloudnexa

NHN Global--based in LA, but which is a subsidiary of a publicly traded NHN Corporation in South Korea--said it will use the acquisition to deliver and expand its AWS Cloud Managed Services efforts. Cloudnexa had operations in Philadelphia and Honolulu, and was founded in 2008. Paul Lee is CEO of NHN Global.

CBRE Group Buys Data Center Technology Provider Romonet
