Tech Coast Angels Highlights 2010 Deals

The Tech Coast Angels , [ profile ] the largest angel investment group in Southern California, outlined its 2010 deals today, saying that it funded a total of 31 deals in 2010, and had three profitable exits. The TCA said that 12 of those deals were new investments, and 19 were follow-on investments for the company.

Department store firm Nordstrom said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Los Angeles-based private sales site HauteLook. Nordstrom announced its acquisition of HauteLook on February 17th. Nordstrom paid $180M in cash plus up to $90M in earn out for HauteLook, for a transaction worth $270M. READ MORE>>.

Los Angeles-based television streaming site Hulu expects to make $240M in 2010, according to Jason Kilar, the firm's CEO.
